Melissa started on her herbalism (plant medicine) journey after decades of gardening.  Armed with her vast plant knowledge, she has enjoyed learning the plants in a new way and helping others with it.  She opened her herbalist shop, located within the gift shop at Madison Earth Care, in 2024 and has been growing her business steadily since.

The Wise Herbalist sells bulk herbs, hand blended teas, tinctures, salves and various herbal medicines to help ease a huge variety of ailments, naturally.
