Liz has a life-long interest in aesthetics with particular interest in gardens, sculpture, and fine art. Her first career was as a buyer for a museum store. While working at a plant nursery selling specimen trees, shrubs and perennials she got a Master Gardener Certificate. Then she decided it was time to learn the hands-on side of gardening so she spent several seasons working as a fine gardener.
