Mainley Mulch is more than your standard bagged straw or hay mulch. Chopped, blended, compressed and bagged, it offers a special blend of straw, Timothy Hay and Alfalfa that gives back to the soil, offers ideal decomposition rates, and conserves moisture, all without depositing weed seeds. Because of its length, 1-2 inches pieces, our Premium Ground Cover spreads easily for quick application. The small segments allow it to interlock, naturally tackifying, which holds it in place.
