Founded as a one-man lawn mowing company by Bob Blundon, who grew up in Madison, Madison Earth Care has been serving the shoreline community  since 1972. Over the years, the company grew and Bob and his wife Melissa’s family grew as well.  All of their kids worked in the business, creating a true family business feeling.  Now, the business is owned by his middle daughter, Rachel, and the office is run by his youngest daughter, Abby.  Meredith, the oldest helps out at all events.

The company continues to make quality, customer service, and contributing to the shoreline community a priority. Beyond financial contributions to places like the E.C Scranton memorial Library, various sports teams and garden clubs, and the land trust, Madison Earth care has also given their time for decades doing hayrides at town events such as the Bauer Farm Festival and the Santa Parade.  Our team has given time, plants, and various financial contributions to the North Madison Fire Company, the Madison Land Trust, the Madison Jaycees, The Madison Chamber of Commerce, the OBBL Bench cancer event, The Ducky dip, and many more.  While it is not always easy for a small business to donate, Madison Earth Care does what they can to give back to the community that supports them because that is what community is all about.

For five decades, Madison Earth Care has been an emblem of excellence in landscaping, leaving an indelible mark on our town’s scenery. Having served over 10,000 clients along the shoreline, Madison Earth Care has honed the art of melding superior quality with exceptional value, consistently delivering the best to its diverse clientele.

Beyond being a professional, full service landscaping company, Madison Earth Care knows it’s all about community connection and is tirelessly dedicated to enhancing the places we call home.
